Our primary strategy to connect people to Jesus is to connect them to fellow believers who can come along side each other and lift each other up while always pointing to Jesus. Although this is our primary strategy, it is not our only one. We also connect people to Jesus through worship, missions, outreach events, family ministries, youth ministries and many more.

The Worship and Leadership Pastor is a key member of the pastoral leadership team, responsible for leading dynamic, theologically rich worship services while building a healthy, multiplying leadership culture across the church. This role combines creative worship leadership with strategic organizational development, focusing on equipping leaders, strengthening small groups, and extending the church’s impact in the community.
The ideal candidate is both a passionate worshiper and a gifted developer of people who helps ensure the church’s vision, values, and mission are lived out with excellence and sustainability. An ideal candidate will be:
