Schedule: Sunday through Wednesday (6:00 am-8:00 pm)

Location/Setting: Vinita, OK

Age Range: Toddler

Acuity: Trach Patient

• Benefit eligibility can vary and is dependent upon employment status and employment location.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• One-to-one patient care in a home environment.
• Execution of physician‑prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
• Patient assessments, coordination of care.
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members.
