About This Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac Telemetry Unit provides professional nursing care for patients in an acute care environment, focusing on delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence‑based quality care. This role is ideal for those who are dedicated to patient advocacy and professional development.

• Pay: Up to $25,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified Registered Nurses
• Location: Sayre, PA
• Facility: Robert Packer Hospital
• Schedule: Full Time - 12 hour Days - 36 hours a week

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care.
• Develop, update, and coordinate the patients' plan of care.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care by partnering in care planning.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families and healthcare team members.
• Ensure safety by identifying and correcting problems in nursing care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and practice at the top of license.
• Demonstrate leadership as a change agent within the care setting.
• Use independent, critical judgment in all aspects of patient care delivery.
• Manage multiple responsibilities and respond to urgent situations.

• Education: BSN in Nursing preferred
• Experience: At least one year of experience as a registered nurse, or less than one year if transitioned from the Newly Licensed Registered Nurse Residency (NLRN) Program.
