About This Role

Join Guthrie as a Full‑Time RN Diabetes Care Coordinator in our Endocrinology Clinic, where you will leverage your clinical expertise to empower patients in managing chronic diseases like diabetes.

• Pay: Up to $25,000 Sign‑On Bonus
• Location: Sayre, PA
• Schedule: Full‑Time, Day shift

• Coordinate care for patients with diabetes and endocrine disorders
• Provide education, support, and follow‑up to help patients manage their conditions
• Collaborate with endocrinologists, dietitians, and other specialists to deliver holistic care
• Track patient progress and ensure continuity across visits and services
• Participate in marketing of Diabetes Center Services through community outreach

• Education: RN with current license in State where employment is located
• Experience: Must be a Certified Pump Trainer and possess CDE
