Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Hours:

7:00 am to 7:00 pm

• $2,500 sign‑on bonus
• Competitive pay based on experience
• Paid Time Off added after 30 days of employment; additional PTO accrued with service (full‑time only)
• 6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave plus 1 floating holiday for full‑time employees
• Up to $5,000 per year for tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs of study

• Assist with all aspects of nursing care
• Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
• Assess and document resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
• Assign nursing care to team members based on resident needs and staff qualifications
• Administer medications
• Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
• Document treatments as required
• Ensure supplies are utilized efficiently and equipment is clean and maintained safely
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an accredited LPN school of nursing
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Valid LPN license for the state of Oklahoma required
• Valid CPR certification required
• Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
• Work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of the organization
• React decisively and quickly in emergency situations
• Maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
