Current OpeningHours:
7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- $2,500 sign‑on bonus
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Paid Time Off added after 30 days of employment; additional PTO accrued with service (full‑time only)
- 6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave plus 1 floating holiday for full‑time employees
- Up to $5,000 per year for tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs of study

- Monthly contests and employee appreciation events
- Assist with all aspects of nursing care
- Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
- Assess and document resident’s condition and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
- Assign nursing care to team members based on resident needs and staff qualifications
- Administer medications
- Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
- Document treatments as required
- Ensure supplies are utilized efficiently and equipment is clean and maintained safely
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Graduate of an accredited LPN school of nursing
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- Valid LPN license for the state of Oklahoma required
- Valid CPR certification required
- Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
- Work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of the organization
- React decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
