Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant – Sayre, PA

Health Care Recruitment Counselors is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide direct patient care, serving patients throughout Sayre, Towanda, Troy, and surrounding communities. The successful candidate will work full‑time, attend team meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate closely with physicians, providers, and administrative staff.

• Provide high‑quality patient care.
• Engage with clinical staff regularly and maintain professional, collegial relationships with providers, caregivers, administrators, and directors.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families, promoting understanding of treatment options and procedures; set expectations.
• Attend team meetings as needed.
• Follow protocol and guidelines for documentation, billing, and coding.
• Collaborate with treating physicians, providers, and referring groups—e.g., wound care, orthopedics, etc.

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active/Current NP/PA license in Pennsylvania.

• Full time.

• $125,000+ to start, plus production bonuses (depending on experience).
