Location: Kingfisher
Position Summary
Provides patient care using the nursing process, ensuring accountability and evaluating team effectiveness. Coordinates care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Works in a 25-bed med‑surg unit focused on restoring patients’ independence in a rural setting.
Compensation & BonusesSign‑on bonuses: $15,000 for new graduates, $20,000 for experienced RNs (1+ years).
Qualifications- Nursing degree
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
Lifting, standing, and moving frequently.
Additional CertificationsACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications may be required based on the unit.
