Higher Call Nursing Center, a leading provider of quality healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our team in Quapaw, Oklahoma, United States. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and supervising our dedicated nursing staff on weekends.

• Providing direct patient care and supervision to our nursing staff on weekends
• Developing and implementing effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies

• Provide direct patient assessment, interventions, and evaluations
• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure quality care and excellent patient outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Conduct quality assurance and performance improvement activities to promote continuous improvement
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and staff performance

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Oklahoma
