In Home Healthcare LPN - Acuity Weekdays​/Weekends Shifts

Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

Schedule: Mon‑Wed: 3 pm–11 pm;
Sat‑Sun: open 7 am–11 pm.

Location: Muldrow, OK.

Scope of Practice: Feeding tube and medication administration (training available).

• One‑to‑one patient care in the home environment.
• Execute physician‑prescribed plan of care and document care provided in the system of record.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Perform patient assessments and coordinate care.
• Promote health, teach, and train family members.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with a hands‑on component (hire‑assist available).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
