Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component)
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
