- Lead clinic staff in behavior, actions, and attitude to deliver excellent patient care.
- Review patient medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications; ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Engage with clinical leadership and management to resolve patient concerns and uphold company values.
- Maintain accurate patient charts and forward documentation daily.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patient data to develop appropriate diagnoses and make therapeutic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and all health information management issues.
- Manage telehealth patient queue efficiently to ensure proper follow‑up.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment and care.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and complete E/M training.
- Complete all mandatory compliance training to meet and exceed quality of care standards.
- Promote core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
- Recommend improvements within the clinic and to telehealth leadership to enhance patient experience.
- Assist in onboarding, training, job shadowing, and coaching of new employees.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere through respectful, cordial communication with clients, coworkers, and managers.
- Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental tasks required by the position as specified on the physical demands statement.
- Adhere to company standards of operations, confidentiality, and respectful culture for employees and clients.
- Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
PRN employees: minimum of 4 shifts per month.
Full‑time employees: 12‑hour shifts, every other weekend.
Ancillary Provider RequirementsOn‑call responsibilities periodically throughout the year.
Termination Levels- Level 1:
New graduate, up to 1 year of experience. - Level 2: 1–5 years of experience.
- Level 3: 5–10 years of experience.
- Level 4: 10+ years of experience.
Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) is required.
At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in relevant practice settings (Urgent Care, Occupational Medical, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice).
License, DEA, and Certification- Active and in good standing license and DEA, verifiable with appropriate regulatory agency.
- Providers must be able to treat all ages and meet any credentialing requirements.
- DOT certification required for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days of employment and maintained thereafter.
Complete all mandatory compliance training and adhere to standard NP protocols.
