• Providing high‑quality nursing care to laboring mothers and their newborns
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Floating to Post‑Partum units as needed, up to 1–2 shifts a week
• Utilizing EPIC EMR system for documentation

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Active Iowa RN license
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS and ACLS certifications
• Certification from the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) for fetal monitoring
• Certification from the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• High‑risk and high‑acuity experience in a high‑volume delivery center (deliveries/month)
• Comfortable floating to Post‑Partum
