About This Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care in an acute care environment, focusing on delivering coordinated, safe, and compassionate care to patients and families. This role is ideal for those looking to grow in a supportive and collaborative healthcare setting.
Highlights- Pay: Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs
- Location: Sayre, PA
- Schedule: Full-time, Day shift (12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Develop and coordinate patients' plans of care to optimize outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care in partnership with patients.
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure safety and quality in nursing care through evidence-based practices.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and practice at the top of your license.
- Demonstrate leadership and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Education:
BSN in Nursing preferred - Experience:
At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse; less than 1 year acceptable if transitioned from the Newly Licensed Registered Nurse Residency (NLRN) Program. - Licenses &
Certifications:
Current RN License in Pennsylvania, BLS certification required, ACLS is unit dependent.
