Acuity: Feeding tube, tracheostomy (Training Available)

As an LPN/LVN, you will work collaboratively with our team and patients to deliver high‑quality home‑care services, ensuring clinical outcomes are met and expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (training provided after hire if needed)
- Current TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Preferable six months of hands‑on nursing experience (not required)
- Reliable transportation
