360 is seeking a compassionate Hospice Nurse (LPN or RN) for 7-on/7-off on-call shifts in Chandler, OK. The role covers evenings and weekends, providing essential care to patients at home and in facilities after normal business hours.
The nurse will assess needs via phone, visits, and coordinate and direct services with an interdisciplinary team, supporting patients and families. Requires Oklahoma nursing license and CPR; 2–5 years hospice or end-of-life care preferred.
