Location: Alva
Survival Flight Inc. in Alva, Oklahoma, is seeking motivated Registered Nurses for our air medical operation. Openings include full-time and part-time roles for an ER/ICU-experienced RN and flight crew. You will provide rapid, high-quality care in transport environments.
Candidates must hold an Oklahoma RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with PHTLS/ITLS preferred and CFRN or CEN a plus. Weight limit is 230 pounds; work location is at a single base in Alva.
