We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our evening shift team at Hearts worth Center Nursing. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact in the lives of our patients.

As an Evening Shift LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Accurately documenting patient information and updating medical records
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
