Registered Nurse - Day Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Hearts worth Center Nursing in Vinita, Oklahoma. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans

• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and other health-related topics

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in a hospital or long-term care setting

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
