• Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Respond promptly to patient needs, reporting concerns and observations to supervisors and physicians
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA protocols
• Perform venipuncture, glucose testing, and other procedures as needed
