We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team at North County Center Nursing in Collinsville, Oklahoma. As a CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting changes in patient condition to the nursing staff. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Oklahoma
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
