Registered Nurse –DOE

Calvary Ranch Recovery Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to support residents in a small faith-based residential alcohol and drug treatment program in Jennings, Oklahoma.

Full time

• Experienced behavioral-health or addiction RN: $70,000–$80,000 annually.
• Highly experienced RN, charge nurse, or medication-program lead: $80,000–$90,000 annually.

The RN will provide nursing assessment, medication coordination, health monitoring, resident education, clinical documentation, and communication with the medical and clinical teams. The RN will help identify withdrawal concerns, medical changes, psychiatric risks, medication issues, and other conditions requiring timely intervention or referral.

• Complete nursing assessments and obtain health histories.
• Monitor residents for withdrawal symptoms, medical concerns, medication reactions, and changes in condition.
• Administer and document medications according to authorized orders and facility policy.
• Coordinate with the prescribing physician, medical director, clinical director, pharmacies, and referral providers.
• Provide health education related to substance use, recovery, medication adherence, nutrition, sleep, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential nursing records.
• Participate in treatment-team meetings and discharge planning.
• Respond appropriately to medical and behavioral-health emergencies.
• Assist with policies for medication storage, counting, administration, disposal, and documentation.
• Train and guide qualified residential staff regarding health observations and emergency procedures.
• Practice within the RN’s Oklahoma licensure, training, and scope of practice.
• Current, unrestricted Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current CPR and basic-life-support certification.
• Experience in substance-use treatment, behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, detoxification, residential care, or emergency nursing preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts as required.
• Strong documentation, communication, assessment, and crisis-response skills
