meaningful difference in the lives of our residents!
What You'll Do- Provide direct patient care to residents on a weekend schedule (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist with administering medications, treatments, and therapies as needed
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the medical team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning

- Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
