Full-Time Estate Groundskeeper – Arcadia, OK

A private estate in Arcadia seeks a reliable, hands‑on full‑time caretaker to help maintain outdoor areas, assist with basic livestock care, and complete general maintenance projects around the estate.

• Walking the property and checking fencing, gates, and landscaping.
• Repairing and painting fences and maintaining property boundaries.
• Light landscaping and coordinating landscapers, pool service, and contractors.
• General maintenance, hard labor, and odd jobs around the property and house.
• Organizing tools and maintaining barn/workshop areas.
• Caring for animals including cattle, horse, chickens, and dogs (food/water, coop cleaning, supply organization).
• Occasional seasonal tasks such as winterizing outdoor areas and preparing the property for holidays or events.

Someone dependable who enjoys outdoor work and is comfortable around animals. This role requires someone who is physically capable of manual labor and able to handle a variety of maintenance and property tasks.

• Experience with ranch, farm, property maintenance, or handyman work.
• Comfortable working around livestock.
• Ability to repair fencing, operate basic equipment, and troubleshoot maintenance issues without supervision.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Competitive hourly pay $17.00 to $25.00 per hour (based on experience).
