A progressive, privately owned small animal hospital in Moore, just outside Oklahoma City, is looking to add an Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to its close-knit, collaborative team.
- $100K $120K Base + 20% Production | OTE ~$150K+

With a loyal client base and a consistently busy caseload, you'll be set up for immediate productivity from day one.
You'll work alongside experienced clinicians in a supportive environment, with access to modern equipment and opportunities to develop your clinical interests.
Practice Overview- Full-service small animal hospital (exotics optional)
- High demand with an established and active client base
Advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities, including:
- Dental suite with radiology
- Therapeutic laser
- Endoscopy
- Ultrasound
- Digital radiography
- CT imaging
- Strong technician support (approx. 2.5 techs per DVM)
- Opportunities to pursue interests in rehabilitation, holistic medicine, or exotics

- Midweek-only schedules considered
- Full-time benefits from just 35 hours/week
- Typical shifts: 8:00am - 5:00pm / 6:00pm / 6:30pm
- Most DVMs work 4 days (c.40 hours total)
- Option for a 5-day schedule if preferred
- Saturday rota available with a weekday off in exchange
- Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE)
- 20% production bonus (consistently achieved by current team)
- Realistic on-target earnings: ~$150,000+; $5,000 signing bonus
- $5,000 - $10,000 annual retention bonus (flexible)
- 2 weeks PTO + public holidays
- 3 days CE leave
- $2,500 annual CE allowance
