Kennel Technician​/Dog Care Team Member

A Peaceful Pack is looking for a Kennel Technician / Dog Care Team Member to help care for dogs at our daycare, boarding, and training ranch in Skiatook, about 35-45 minutes north of Tulsa.

This is a hands-on dog care role. You will help keep dogs safe, clean, fed, supervised, exercised, and cared for throughout the day. You will also help keep the facility clean, organized, and running smoothly.

This job is perfect for someone who genuinely loves dogs, enjoys active work, wants to learn animal care, and takes pride in doing the details well.

The position starts at $14/hour with a documented raise path to $15‑16/hour based on reliability, dog handling, cleaning standards, teamwork, and leadership readiness.

• Feed, water, supervise, and care for dogs during daycare and boarding
• Help manage dogs in yards and play areas
• Walk dogs and assist with nature walks when assigned
• Clean kennels, yards, dishes, laundry, floors, and dog care areas
• Prepare meals and follow feeding instructions carefully
• Give medications when assigned and documented
• Help with baths, nail trims, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning under supervision
• Monitor dogs for changes in behavior, health, stress, or safety
• Take photos and videos for client updates when needed
• Help organize food, medications, supplies, and dog belongings
• Communicate clearly with managers and team members

• Genuinely loves dogs
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent, with reliable daily transportation to Skiatook
• Calm around dogs and willing to learn dog body language
• Willing to clean, work hard, and do physical tasks
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the day
• Able to safely assist and lift dogs when needed, including dogs around 50 lbs
• Coachable and able to receive feedback well
• Strong attention to detail
• Available weekends and some holidays
• Animal care experience is a plus, but not required
