CMTB Madill is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the quality function at the Madill plant. You will direct QC Inspectors, own the quality program end-to-end, and drive RCCA/MRB processes for continuous improvement.
You will work with Engineering, Production, and Purchasing to resolve defects, implement QMS foundations, and develop operator training on quality standards. This on-site role focuses on reducing warranty drivers and enhancing process control.
