Love's Travel Stops - - 1601 Birkes Road - Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures;
Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation;
Assist the General Manager of the facility with proper task execution, safety practices, schedule and cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting;
Coach and develop team members in preparing and packaging customer orders in a timely manner;
Oversee the cleanliness of the dining room and food preparation areas, ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained
