Job Purpose or Objective(s):

Responsible for providing drink service in the outlet/bar while ensuring guests are served and ensuring all procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.

Primary Tasks:
  • You will greet guests and explain all special promotions.
  • Take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested; requires memorization of all available drinks.
  • Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform bartender an order was placed.
  • Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction.
  • You will deliver beverage to patrons while ensuring payment.
  • Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness of Guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.
  • Confirm age compliance by checking the identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned
    • Job Requirements:
