Oak View Group - 777 Casino Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide high quality, fresh food items using standardized recipes and methods of preparation;
Maintain kitchen and personal safety and sanitation, and care of kitchen equipment;
Operate a broad range of kitchen equipment including stoves, broilers, deep fryers and other food prep equipment;
Replenish prep line food items to ensure proper presentation and availability for guests;
Respond to guest preferences and concerns in a positive, respectful manner
