We are looking for a Crew Team Member to join our restaurant team. This role includes shift work during breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends. The position is available part‑time or full‑time and pays $11.00 per hour at the start.
Responsibilities- Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Help customers order meals.
- Prepare all McDonald’s World Famous food.
- Partner with teammates and management to meet daily goals.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts.
