Summary:

Interested in the food industry? Join our company as we continue to expand the food services aspect within our convenience stores to include restaurant style food and dining. We are searching for a reliable cook to join our team.

• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighting and mixing ingredients
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
• Handle and store ingredients and food
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Rotate stock
• Update temp logs for food, refrigeration and freezer
• Communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers

Very organized and detail oriented. Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of federal and state standards and requirements regarding food preparation and storage, sanitation, health, and record-keeping.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must obtain/maintain alcohol license. Previous cooking experience a plus.
