Prepare prep items according to Golden Corral product specifications and recipes;
Label, dates, and rotate all bulk produce and prepped items;
Maintains a standard inventory of prep items and ensures proper storage;
Assists the Buffet Attendant to maintain a full, clean buffet and quality standards;
Performs guest-service tasks during meal periods and supports general site cleanliness
