Harps Food Stores - - Responsibilities:
Support bakery/deli department operations including readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation and department financial goals and objectives;
Follow food safety production guidelines and ensure products are properly packaged, weighed, labeled and priced;
Maintain department cleanliness and use approved equipment and cleaning chemicals;
Demonstrate customer service and teamwork aligned with Harps' SMILE program
