Beverage Specialist

The Beverage Specialist at McDonald's is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while ensuring consistency, speed, and excellent customer service. This role focuses on maintaining beverage standards, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including soft drinks, coffee, specialty drinks, and shakes, according to company standards

+ Ensure accuracy and consistency in beverage preparation and presentation

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage stations, equipment, and surrounding areas

+ Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

+ Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

+ Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer questions or concerns

+ Assist team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations

+ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of beverage equipment
