You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting kitchen functions, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.

Your versatility, teamwork, and dedication will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences that keep our guests coming back.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.

Take orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.

Handle cash transactions and ensure the accuracy of all payments.

Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, cooking proteins, assembling dishes, and packaging items for takeout.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas, including dining room, kitchen, and prep stations.

Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and dispose of waste properly.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all food products.

Adhere to established portion control and food presentation standards.

Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Assist with inventory management by stocking and rotating ingredients and supplies.

Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work collaboratively and follow directions from supervisors.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Presentation and uniform must adhere to established standards at all times, maintaining a polished and professional appearance.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

Stand and walk for extended periods.

Lift and carry trays, food, and beverage items.

Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with guests and team members.

Exposure to moderate to high noise levels and kitchen heat.
