Bartender Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Mix cocktails according to recipes and customer preferences
• Verify customer age and follow alcohol service laws
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Operate the POS system and process payments
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and supplies
• Monitor guest intoxication levels and promote responsible drinking
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Maintain cleanliness of glassware, bar equipment, and workstations
• Promote daily specials and upsell premium beverages
• Track inventory and report low-stock items
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong cash handling and math skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Previous bartending experience
• Oklahoma ABLE License (or applicable state alcohol certification)
• Food Handler Permit preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
