Location: Tishomingo
Dollar General | Flexible Scheduling + Insurance & 401(k) Eligibility + PTO + Tuition Assistance | Responsibilities:
Manage the Perishable Departments including Produce, Fresh Meat, Packaged Meats, Dairy, Frozen Food, Bread, and Thaw and Sell Bakery products;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using various order guides and tools;
Train assigned associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing, and safe handling of perishable products;
Assist in scheduling coverage and oversee store staffing as needed;
Record inventory levels and perishable markdowns and ensure sanitation standards are followed.
