Compensation

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front End Checkout associates run registers, smile, greet, thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and keep a positive attitude. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs, and may need to stand for long periods of time.
