Your Role in Creating a Great Customer Experience. Responsibilities- Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
- Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
- Maintain a clean and organized store inside and out.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
- Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery, and other sales.
- Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program, offering the best prices and offers to customers.
- Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
- Customer‑focused mindset; love helping people.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with flexible scheduling.
- Previous retail or food service experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfort with technology and modern tools.
- Ability to walk, stand, squat, lift, carry, and reach.
- Ability to work in demanding circumstances, including variable temperatures indoors and outdoors.
- Flexible scheduling; many locations are open 24/7 and work with your availability.

Work Authorization:
Evidence of work authorization upon employment is required in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. Completion of USCIS Form I‑9 will be required within 3 business days of the first day of employment.
