Job Description
Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer position. The role involves fulfilling merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. The candidate will represent iconic Mondelēz brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.
Responsibilities- Represent Mondelēz to in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility on shelves and create promotional displays.
- Conduct in-store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps and capture photographs of displays at assigned stores.
- Order product via iPad tablet for shelf and display to maintain in‑stock conditions.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.
- Communicate any issues to Mondelēz’ management team and ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed.
- Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in‑store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
- At least 18 years of age with a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal .
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude capable of working independently.
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursed.
- Capacity for hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, with occasional pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location (Altus, OK) or secondary locations (Lawton, OK; Chickasha, OK; Anadarko, OK).
- Schedule availability: five days per week, including weekend days; earliest start at 5:00 am.
Hourly compensation ranging from $15.00 to $16.00 based on relevant experience. Eligibility to participate in an incentive bonus program and a 401k Savings Plan.
