Dollar General is hiring a Lead Sales Associate for a part‑time position in Prue, Oklahoma. The role involves cashiering, stocking, store leadership, and assisting customers while maintaining store operations and safety.

• Act in a lead capacity when the store manager or assistant manager is absent.
• Operate the cash register, flatbed scanner, and bagging systems to process customer purchases.
• Unload trucks, rotate and face merchandise on shelves, build displays, and restock returned items.
• Maintain plan‑ograms and merchandising programs, including register counter top layout and full‑store displays.
• Greet customers, assist in locating merchandise, and provide excellent customer service.
• Clean front end of store, mop floors, and help set up sidewalk displays to keep the environment safe and organized.
• Open and/or close the store under the area manager’s direction, count registers, and make bank deposits.
• Maintain strict cashier accountability, key control, and adherence to cash control procedures.
• Monitor cameras for unusual activity and follow safety and security policies.
• Assist in ordering zones and drop‑shipment categories as directed by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of supervisory or related experience preferred.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, push, and pull merchandise; frequent handling of scanners, pricing guns, and dollies.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and IBM cash register functions.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to read and follow plan‑ogram guidance.
• Valid transportation or ability to travel for bank deposits and management meetings.
