Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations.
• Participate in recruiting and training staff.
• Provide feedback to motivate employees.
• Manage employee schedules.
• Handle inventory management, including ordering and stocking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Oversee financial aspects to ensure store profitability.
• Step in for the Store Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old (specific states require 21+)
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Flexible availability for various shifts.
• Fluent in English with basic math skills.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Eager to learn, especially for Topshelf Manager Training in Tennessee.
