Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Stocking, backroom, and receiving associates work to ensure customers can find all the items they have on their shopping list. Depending on the shift you work, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, or helping customers while stocking shelves. From unloading trucks in the summer to filling ice cream in the freezer, this fast‑paced job can be physically demanding.

You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. Additional compensation includes performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

• Unload trucks.
• Sort products in the backroom.
• Stock products on shelves.
• Ensure aisles are neat and area is clean.
• Engage vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Greet customers and answer their questions.
