Manage the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen food, bread, and bakery products;
Assist Store Manager with inventory management, merchandise presentation, and customer service;
Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing standards, and safe handling of perishable foods;
Record and analyze perishable markdowns and take corrective actions to prevent recurrences;
Maintain inventory levels and ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently.
