C-Store Supervisor

Work Schedule

Requires morning, afternoons, evenings. Monday through Sunday, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by C-Store Manager.

• Perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as preparing daily deposits, reconciling cash drawers, maintaining inventory reports and ordering product as needed.
• Ensure food products/preparation meet health regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the C-Store.
• Review and resolve customer and employee complaints and conflicts.
• Greet guests and co‑workers professionally, exhibiting STAR treatment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the C-Store Manager.

• Move objects up to and exceeding 25 lbs.
• Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping.
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures and fumes.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.

• Pass pre‑employment drug test.
• High school diploma and/or equivalent retail management experience.
• Pass a background check.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Obtain ACE certification/ABLE license upon hire.
