Support bakery/deli department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, inventory preparation, and cleanliness;
Support replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, receiving, invoicing and back stock;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, displays, signing, and zoning procedures;
Support fresh food preparation and production while upholding food safety standards;
