Oversee bakery/deli department operations including department readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, and department cleanliness; support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing, back stock, and returns; maintain merchandising and sales floor standards with proper stocking, displays, signing, and zoning; support fresh food preparation and production while maintaining safety and quality standards; engage in problem solving, safety/quality orientation, and customer service to exceed expectations
