Harps Food Stores - 500 North Chouteau Avenue - Responsibilities:
Oversee meat department operations including readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, and department cleanliness;
Support meat department replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, and returns;
Maintain merchandising and display standards, proper stocking, and customer service;
Ensure compliance with food safety production guidelines, proper packaging/weighting/pricing/labeling of products;
Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and teamwork with Harps’ values and SMILE program
