Harps Food Stores - 206 Campbell Street - Responsibilities:
Oversee meat department operations including staffing, readiness, price maintenance, inventory preparation, cleanliness, and safety procedures.;
Support meat department replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, and back stock management.;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signing, displays, sampling, and customer service.;
Ensure proper packaging, weighing, labeling, and pricing according to company and regulatory requirements.;
Adhere to equipment procedures and safety standards; contribute to problem solving and continuous improvement.
