Bakery/Deli Department Operations – support department readiness, staffing, supervision, and price maintenance; inventory preparation; department cleanliness; safe use of equipment and tools;
Replenishment & Inventory Procedures – assist with replenishment, receiving, invoicing, and back stock;
Merchandising & Sales Floor Standards – support stocking, displays, signing, and zoning procedures;
Fresh Food Preparation & Production – assist with food safety standards and production requirements;
Safety/Quality Orientation – uphold high quality and safety standards for customers and colleagues
